Warby Parker is coming to Maine.

The retailer, known for fashionable discount eyewear, signed a lease on a 1,977-square-foot storefront at 184 Middle St. in Portland’s Old Port district, the property owner, East Brown Cow, announced on Thursday.

The store, which will be Warby Parker’s first in northern New England, will open in early 2025.

It will offer the company’s full line of optical frames and sunglasses offerings, along with contact lenses and accessories, according to East Brown Cow.
