Emergency repairs will be made on a sewer manhole in downtown Bangor.
The work will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Franklin Street, near the Kenduskeag Stream bridge, according to the city.
Drivers should take a different route to avoid delays. But if they must travel on Franklin Street, the city urges them to obey all traffic signs.
