A missing Portland man has been found safe.
Jeffrey Cyr, 64, was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Portland Center for Assisted Living on Devonshire Street, where he left on foot, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Moss said Friday morning that Cyr, who has cognitive issues, was found safe.
