A Portland man is missing.
Jeffrey Cyr, 64, was last seen about 5:30 p.m. Thursday at the Portland Center for Assisted Living on Devonshire Street, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Cyr left the facility on foot.
Moss described Cyr, who has cognitive issues, as a white man who stands 5-foot-8, weighs 190 pounds and has brown hair and green eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black puffy coat, blue jeans and black sneakers.
