A fast-moving snow squall could bring whiteout conditions to the Bangor area.

A snow squall warning is in effect for Greater Bangor until at least 10 a.m., according to the National Weather Service.

That squall, expected to arrive between 9:15 and 9:30 a.m., will affect traffic on interstates 95 and 395 as well as Route 1A. Visibility will rapidly drop to a quarter mile or less, and winds will gust up to 35 mph.
