A Windsor woman is missing.

Brandy Foster, 28, was last seen about 11 p.m. Sunday, according to the Maine State Police.

Foster, who has developmental disabilities, lives with her grandmother in Windsor.

She was last known to be wearing black pants and may have a red backpack reading “PITA” and a black wallet with a bow and sequins, the state police said Monday.

Foster may have a cellphone. It’s not known whether she left on foot or in a vehicle.

The family’s shih-tzu Daisy also is missing. The dog was last known to be wearing a pink sweatshirt.
