A missing Windsor woman has been found safe.
Brandy Foster, 28, went missing from her grandmother’s home sometime around 11 p.m. Sunday, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
Foster, who has developmental disabilities, has since been found safe, Moss said Tuesday morning.
