Calling all loon lovers — the town of Lincoln is holding its annual four-day Loonfest next month, according to the town of Lincoln.

The celebration, scheduled for July 17-20, will feature a variety of activities for locals and visitors alike, including food trucks, live entertainment, bounce houses, an art show, a vendor fair and even a three-on-three basketball tournament. An estimated 12,000 people attended last year’s festival.

The festival will kick off July 17 with the Riverdrivers Supper, a tradition involving bean hole beans and biscuits cooked in outdoor reflector ovens.

On July 18 at 2 p.m. the Lincoln Memorial Library will host a magic show followed by a country music night.

The Loonfest Parade is scheduled for July 19. This year’s theme is “Party Like It’s 1999.” Later in the day, the town will host a “Redneck Regatta” boat race, live music performances and a fireworks show.

The weekend of fun will close with the Family Color Run on July 20.
