A missing Hollis man has been found safe.

Ralph Hughes, 76, was reported missing after he wandered away from his Mason Drive home about 8 p.m. Saturday, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.

He has cognitive issues.

A game warden found a conscious and alert Hughes near his home about 11:20 a.m. Monday, Mark Latti, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, said.

Hughes was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland as a precaution, Latti said.
