A missing Buckfield man has been found.
Normand Collins, a 73-year-old with cognitive issues, left his North Hill Road home about 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to Shannon Moss, a spokesperson for the Maine Department of Public Safety.
The Oxford County Sheriff’s Office said later on Tuesday that Collins had been found.
