Update: Police have arrested a suspect in connection with the incident that closed part of Stillwater Avenue.
Old Town police closed the section of Stillwater Avenue between Governor’s Restaurant and Pembroke Drive Sunday morning.
They urged drivers to seek a different route.
They did not disclose the reason for the road closure, but a heavy police presence was seen in the area.
