Three people were arrested Wednesday morning during a drug raid in Brewer.
Jennifer Arnold, 57, of Brewer has been charged with unlawful drug possession and violation of conditions of release; Shaquille Wright, 32, of Brewer has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated drug trafficking; and Nicole Pelkey, 37, of Brewer has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated drug trafficking and unlawful furnishing of drugs, according to the Brewer Police Department.
Brewer police executed a search warrant at a Union Street apartment, where they seized cocaine base. That led officers to a Fling Street home, where officers seized more cocaine base.
Police said Wednesday that the offenses happened in a drug-free safe zone.
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services, as well Brewer code enforcement, has been notified.
All three were taken to the Penobscot County Jail in Bangor.
