More than a dozen residential properties in Bangor changed hands last week.

The swell in property transfers points to how the local real estate market is heating up, as it typically does during the summer.

We assembled a list of the 14 residential properties sold in Bangor in the last week of May 2026. The information comes from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.

With an average purchase price of roughly $310,00, the properties sit just above the average value of a home in Bangor, which Zillow placed at $284,000 as of late April.

— Srivani Modugla bought 30 Wildwood Drive from Hojun Song for $285,000 on May 28.

— Christian Umezulike bought 84-86 Elm St. from Sara Birkett for $300,000 on May 29.

— Munish Bhan bought 76 Knoll Crest Drive from Catherine Winston for $535,000 on May 29.

— Alisa Sprowl bought 172 Fifth St. from Leah Bernatche for $310,000 on May 28.

— Stephanie Hedge bought 1016 State St. unit 7 from Bonnie Morissette for $219,000 on May 28.

— Kate Hills bought 54-56 Third St. from Steven Farren for $444,000 on May 29.

— CPM Properties LLC bought 103 Fourth St. from Christopher McGrail for $0 on May 26.

— Mightor Landicho bought 19 Deer Pond Lane from Rebecca Thibodeau for $415,000 on May 26.

— Gwiza Holdings LLC bought 133/135 Bolling Drive from Guy Bikormana for $0 on May 26.

— Brandon Velasquez bought 458 Birch St. from Margaret Call for $164,800 on May 29.

— Lynn Tinkham bought 67 Darling Parke Drive from Peter Sparks for $740,000 on May 29.
