Summer’s approaching arrival in Maine means more people will be headed up to their camps — or wishing they had one.
Affordable rustic camps have become a rarity in Maine in recent years. But these five camps with waterfront access scattered across the state are all on the market. While they range slightly in price, size and amenities, all have asking prices under $300,000.
The properties likely cost more than they would’ve a decade ago, but they’re still well below the statewide median cost of a home, which Zillow has placed slightly above $400,000 since mid-2024.
