We assembled a list of the eight residential properties sold in Bangor from June 7-13. The information comes from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.
With an average sale price of slightly more than $264,000, the homes are more affordable than the average sale price of a Bangor home, which reached nearly $315,000 last month, according to Redfin.

— Kayli Igoe bought 295 French St. from Joanna Williams for $390,000 on June 12.
— Susan Oliver bought 21 Primrose Place Unit 35 from Mark Szewczyk for $499,000 on June 12.
