Six kids allegedly broke into more than a dozen storage units and six vehicles earlier this month.
The kids — who range in age from 10 to 15 years old — broke into 13 storage units and the vehicles in Bingham during the weekend of June 20-21, according to Somerset County Sheriff Dale Lancaster.
Among the stolen items were Nike Air Jordan sneakers, wallets, keys and a 9 mm Glock handgun, all of which was recovered.
Two of the kids involved won’t be charged because of their age, as required by state law, Lancaster said Monday afternoon.
The cases are being forwarded to the Somerset County district attorney’s office for potential charges.
