A man allegedly assaulted the staff at a Bangor coffeehouse on Monday.
Tyler Corliss, 30, has been charged with assault and violating his conditions of release, according to Katy England, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.
Corliss allegedly was throwing items, which he believed he was moving with supernatural powers, striking one employee at the Main Street shop.
He also allegedly chased employees out of the store.
He was taken to the Penobscot County Jail, where Corliss remained Wednesday morning.
