Nine residential properties in Bangor changed hands during the week of June 28, the most expensive of which was a home in the city’s Fairmount neighborhood that sold for nearly $360,000.
With an average sale price of nearly $310,000, this collection of properties closely mirrors the median sale price of a Bangor home, which Redfin placed at roughly $315,000 as of May. Bangor’s median home sale price rose more than 16% from last May, when the average house sold for $270,000.
The number of property transactions dipped slightly from the week before, which saw 12 home sales.
