A public search will be held on Saturday for missing New Sweden teen Stefanie Damron.

The search will start at 9 a.m. Volunteers are asked to meet at the ball field behind Northstar Variety in New Sweden at 8 a.m., WGAM reported.

Past searches for Damron, who was 13 when she went missing in September 2024, have stretched across more than 4,500 acres of northern Maine wilderness, with authorities using drones, helicopters and dogs, according to her father.

Anyone with information on Damron’s whereabouts is asked to call the Maine State Police Houlton Barracks at 207-532-5400.
