Eleven residential properties in Bangor changed hands from July 5 to 11, two of which sold for more than half a million dollars each.

With an average sale price of more than $346,000, the properties are well above the median sale price for a single-family home in Bangor, which Redfin placed at just $315,000 as of May.

The number of home sales in Bangor have remained in the double digits most weeks since late May, pointing to how the state’s real estate market becomes more active in the summer.

We assembled a list of all the residential property sales that occurred in Bangor from July 5 to 11 using information from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.

— 115 Falvey St. sold on July 8 for $160,000.

— 28 Congress St. sold on July 6 for $525,000.

— 8 William St. sold on July 8 for $288,500.

— 5 Fairways sold on July 8 for $429,000.
