THOMASTON — Watts Hall Community Arts will host Y2K Night, a throwback dance party featuring the biggest pop, hip hop, dance and club hits of the late 1990s and early 2000s on Friday, Aug. 28 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Watts Hall, 174 Main St. in Thomaston.

Featuring music by DJ Souz, Y2K Night will feature the biggest pop, hip hop, dance and club hits of the late 1990s and early 2000s. The event celebrates the music of the Y2K era while offering an early evening schedule that’s perfect for anyone looking for a fun, but not late, Friday night out.

Austin Sousa, also known as DJ Souz, has been entertaining crowds throughout New England for more than a decade. Known for his high-energy style and ability to read the room, Sousa has built a reputation for creating dance floors that stay full from the first song to the last. Whether performing at weddings, private events, or themed parties, his goal is simple: make sure everyone has a great time.
