More than a dozen residential properties in Bangor changed hands during the week of July 19 to 25, the most expensive of which was a 13-acre estate on the Kenduskeag Stream.

With sale prices ranging from $0 to $800,000, the 13 properties show the diverse range of residential properties selling locally.

The homes have an average sale price of roughly $317,000, slightly more expensive than the average sale price for a home in Bangor, which Redfin placed at nearly $310,000 in June.

We created a list of all the residential property sales that occurred in Bangor during the week of July 19 using information from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.

— 365 Walden Parke Way sold for $760,000 on July 24.

— 51 Knoll Crest Drive sold for $515,000 on July 24.

— 299 Essex St. sold for $35,000 on July 23.

— 57 Benjamins Way sold for $442,000 on July 24.
