The property had a final sale price of $949,000 — more than three times the median price of a home in Bangor as of June, which Redfin placed at slightly less than $310,000.
We assembled a list of the 13 residential property sales that occurred in Bangor from July 26 to Aug. 1 by pulling data from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.
The number of local home sales has remained in the double digits for several weeks. This points to how the summer has historically been a popular time to buy and sell property in Maine.
