A five-unit multifamily home in the Tree Streets neighborhood was the most expensive of nine residential properties that sold in Bangor during the week of Aug. 16.

All but two of the nine properties had sale prices under the median home price in Bangor, which Redfin set just below $306,000 last month.

The Bangor Daily News put together a list of all the residential property sales that occurred in Bangor from Aug. 16 to 22 using data from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online. Here’s what we found.

— 77 Stillwater Ave. sold on Aug. 17 for $135,000.

— 17 and 19 Boynton St. sold on Aug. 19 for $210,000.

— 94 Court St. sold on Aug. 20 for $272,725.

— 57 Naylor St. sold on Aug. 21 for $199,000.

— 247 Norway Road sold on Aug. 21 for $375,000.

— 20 Fruit St. sold on Aug. 20 for $410,000.

— 117 Fourth St. sold on Aug. 19 for $7,200.

— 47 Shepherd Drive sold on Aug. 17 for $235,000.
