Kuhl, Glasspool and Cianfarano will join ConvenientMD’s first-ever co-located health care facility
WATERVILLE — ConvenientMD Primary Care recently welcomed three new providers — Amy Kuhl, DO, Nora Glasspool, MD and Robert Cianfarano, PA-C — to its newest primary care practice in Waterville. The practice will be located in the same building as ConvenientMD’s newest urgent care clinic, making it the first ConvenientMD location to bring both care settings under one roof. The hiring of Kuhl, Glasspool and Cianfarano is a significant milestone as ConvenientMD works toward opening this practice, which is expected in late 2026. When open, it will expand access to timely, high-quality primary care services for patients across the greater Waterville region.

Dr. Kuhl joins ConvenientMD from Oakland Family Medicine in Oakland. She is a graduate of University of Maine and she earned her medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kuhl completed her residency in family medicine at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor and she is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Maine Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Glasspool joins the practice from Martin’s Point Health Care in Brunswick. She holds a bachelor’s degree in classical languages from Georgetown University and earned her medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago. Dr. Glasspool completed her residency in family medicine at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oaklawn, Illinois and she is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Cianfarano comes from Oakland Family Medicine. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Cianfarano holds a bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies from Touro College of Health Sciences in Bay Shore, New York.
The Waterville practice will be ConvenientMD’s first ever co-located primary care and urgent care clinic. The two practices will occupy the same building in Waterville, but will operate separately, with each location featuring distinct modern, patient-centered designs tailored to its respective unique model of care. The urgent care clinic will treat minor illnesses and injuries and provide an advanced array of services, including X-rays, labs, occupational health and virtual care. Waterville will be ConvenientMD’s 12th urgent care clinic and 3rd primary care office in Maine.
ConvenientMD has hired additional support staff for the Waterville clinic and continues to accept applications for various roles in primary care and urgent care.
