A New Hampshire man was arrested Sunday morning in a March crash that left a Wells man dead.
Daniel Paul, 56, of Atkinson, New Hampshire, was charged with manslaughter, aggravated driving to endanger and aggravated leaving the scene of an accident involving serious injury or death, according to Maj. Aaron Turcotte of the Maine State Police.
Paul allegedly hit and killed 50-year-old Gregory Nolan on Route 1 in Wells back on March 24, 2026. He allegedly fled the scene.
Paul will be arraigned in Biddeford Unified Court on Jan. 13, 2027.
