Maine State Police on Monday arrested Adam Sorrentino, 42, of Belfast, in connection with an April 13 crash in Stockton Springs that killed 77-year-old Anne Pomroy of Old Orchard Beach.
Pomroy was driving a Subaru Forester east on Route 1 at about 6:08 p.m. when she collided with a westbound truck driven by Sorrentino. She succumbed to her injuries at the scene, police said at the time.
Sorrentino was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.

Police allege Sorrentino crossed the centerline and hit Pomroy’s vehicle head-on.
Sorrentino was arrested at his Belfast home on Monday and taken to Waldo County Jail.
He is charged with manslaughter, aggravated criminal OUI-death resulting, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, driving to endanger, OUI, and criminal speed.
