A multifamily home in Bangor’s Fairmount neighborhood was the most expensive home sale in the city during the week of Aug. 23.

Eleven residential properties in Bangor changed hands that week, which follows a pattern of home sales accelerating later in the month after slowing considerably in early August.

The Bangor Daily News created a list of all the residential property sales that occurred in Bangor from Aug. 23 to 29 using information from state transfer tax documents, which are available to the public online.

— 27 Bryant St. sold on Aug. 28 for $0.

— 23 Seventeenth St. sold on Aug. 28 for $270,000.

— 371 Lincoln St. sold on Aug. 26 for $535,000.

— 340 Grove St. sold on Aug. 28 for $214,900.

— 166 Balsam Road sold on Aug. 28 for $318,600.

— 231 Third St. sold on Aug. 25 for $368,000.

— 85 Second St. sold on Aug. 27 for $0.

— 19 Magnolia Hill Road sold on Aug. 28 for $405,000.

— 93 Streamside Lane Unit 19 sold on Aug. 26 for $330,000.
