All but one of the residential properties in Bangor that changed hands during one week in September had sale prices under $280,000.

Eight of the nine homes in Bangor that sold during the week of Sept. 6 had sale prices well below the median sale price of $290,000 for Penobscot County last month, according to the Maine Association of Realtors.

A brick double house stationed in the city’s Broadway Historic District that held five units was the one outlier, as it sold for $570,000, tax records show.

Statewide, median sales prices reached $415,000 last month, marking a less than 3% uptick since the prior year, the Maine Association of Realtors reported.
