A Windham woman died Tuesday after a collision in Scarborough.
Emily Doyon, 36, was turning onto Route 1 from a business complex parking lot in a Toyota Prius about 11:40 a.m. when she was hit by a Mercedes driven by 25-year-old Joshua Bath of Arundel, according to the Scarborough Police Department.
Doyon was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland, where she succumbed to her injuries.
A passenger in Bath’s Mercedes was taken to the hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening. Bath was treated and released at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
