I believe Sen. Susan Collins should never have another chance to decide who sits on the U.S. Supreme Court.
Collins insists that she voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh based on his qualifications. But I believe a credible account of sexual assault committed by a nominee should be disqualifying.
Collins’s vote to confirm Kavanaugh was, and still is, in my view, a betrayal of sexual assault survivors. Look at the current public outcry concerning Jane Doe and the “Cornell Seven.”
How can we create a more just society? Let’s start by voting for Troy Jackson for U.S. Senate.
