Cara Courchesne is the Communications and Outreach Coordinator at the Maine Coalition Against Sexual Assault and focuses her work on statewide communications, trainings, and outreach regarding sexual violence by providing technical assistance to Maine’s sexual violence service providers, Maine media, and statewide partners. She has worked for anti-violence nonprofits in Maine since 2007 and has been part of the anti-sexual violence movement for over a decade. Cara holds a BA in the Study of Women and Gender from Smith College and lives in Hallowell, Maine.
