CARIBOU – Diane M. Belanger, 55, died Sept. 7, 2008, at her residence. She was born Aug. 10, 1953, in Fort Fairfield, the daughter of Fredrick and Harriett (Matchett) Beaulieu. She was a graduate of Fort Fairfield High School and Northern Maine Technical College as a registered nurse. Diane was a registered nurse in the Caribou area for many years. She loved nursing, music, camping and fishing, and loved family gatherings at her home or anywhere. Diane was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother to her family. She married John Belanger, Aug. 29, 2005. Surviving in addition to her husband of Caribou, are two sons, Shaun Jones and his wife, Melissa, of Presque Isle and Beau Myrick of Caribou; two daughters, Shannon Duplessie and her husband, Phillip, and Kristin LeBlanc, all of Caribou; three stepsons, Jason Belanger and his wife, Kelley, of Mount Pleasant, Pa., Lance Belanger and his friend, Stephanie, and BJ Belanger and his friend, Brandy Makepeace, all of Caribou; two brothers, Donald Beaulieu of Caribou and Leigh Beaulieu and his wife, Sylvia, of Woodland; two sisters, Eileen Fields and her friend, Dean Condon, of Mapleton and Patricia Tuttle and her husband, Brett, of Presque Isle; sister-in-law, Peggy Beaulieu of Caribou; nine grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; a brother, Joseph Beaulieu; a sister, Lorraine Beaulieu; a brother-in-law, Brian Fields; and a sister-in-law, Margaret Beaulieu. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Monday at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Very Rev.
