BANGOR and DAHLONEGA, Ga. – Relatives and friends are invited to attend committal services for Rita Mae Raymond Joseph 10 a.m. Sept. 17 at St. Francis Cemetery, Waterville, where her ashes will be laid to rest with her husband, Parker Joseph.
