BANGOR and BREWER Abbie Cole Palmer, 94, died Sept. 26, 2004, at a Bangor healthcare facility. She was born Jan. 13, 1910, in Machiasport, the daughter of Elden Noyes and Abbie (Cole) Palmer. Abbie graduated from Washington Academy, Class of 1928. She was a member of the W.W. Club of Machiasport, and the Machiasport Historical Society. She is survived by cousins; Florence Cantrell of Hampton Bays, N.Y., Helen Cohen, of Portland, and Marjorie Ricker, of Falmouth. Funeral services will be private. Interment will be at Palmer Cemetery, Machiasport. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
