BUXTON – Adam Cassidy Chase, 15, of Autumn Street, died unexpectedly Nov. 22, 2004, in Danforth. He was born Jan. 11, 1989, in Portland, the son of John Gregston and Jill Chase. He was a freshman at Bonny Eagle High School and was looking forward to receiving his class ring and going to driver’s education classes after he turned 16 in January. Adam enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandfather and his Uncle Josh, playing computer games, studying astronomy, being with animals such as his cat, Buffy and listening to the comedy channel with his Uncles Josh and Jack. Adam was loved by all and will be sadly missed. He is survived by his father, John Gregstone of Montana; his mother, Jill Chase of Bangor; his grandparents, Joseph and Joanne Vetro of Buxton (Groveville); a sister, Chelsea Hill of Fryeburg; many aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. Visiting hours will be held 12 noon-2 p.m. Friday at the Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home, Rts. 202 and 4A, in Buxton. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. with burial to follow at Highland Cemetery in Groveville. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cleo Fund, 28 Byfield Road, Portland ME 04103.
