ORLAND – Adam J. Thomas, 39, died unexpectedly March 11, 2006, at his home. He was born June 29, 1966, in Dover Foxcroft, the son of James E. and Deborah E. (Hill) Thomas. He attended Bucksport High School, was a scallop diver, enjoyed fishing, sports and motorcycles. He is survived by his two daughters, Heather Thomas of Prospect and Seirra Cyr of Bangor; mother, Debbie Gray of Orland; father, Jim Thomas of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; paternal grandmother, Gladys Thomas of Boca Raton, Fla.; maternal grandmother, Cleo Hill of Verona Island; several aunts, uncles and cousins including special cousin, Cherelle Goodine of Abbot. He was predeceased by paternal grandfather, Charles Thomas; maternal grandfather, Norman M. Hill. A memorial service will be announced at a later date by the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport.
