SOLDIER POND – Adele Ouellette, 83, died April 17, 2008, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born March 30, 1925, in New Canada, the daughter of Aurthur and Eugenie (Bouchard) Saucier. Adele will be remembered for her love of the outdoors, especially fishing and tending her flowers. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Boucher and her husband, Ronald, of Eagle Lake, Esther Boucher and her husband, Rodney, of Winterville and Betty Pelletier and her husband, Wilmer, of Canton, Conn.; one son, Harold Ouellette and his wife, Diane, of Middletown, Pa.; 11 brothers and sisters, Lilia Gorneault, Lorraine Cyr, Marie May Cyr, Rita Thibeault, Gilman Saucier, Gilbert Saucier, Wallace Saucier, Rena Pelletier, Beatrice Bose, Roland Saucier, Kenneth Saucier; 15 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 21, and 8 a.m. Tuesday until time of departure to Soldier Pond at Daigle & Nadeau Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Soldier Pond. Committal services will be held May 31 at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to Forest Hill Manor Activities Fund, 25 Bolduc Ave., Fort Kent, ME 04743. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
