ELLSWORTH – Alberta J. Carney, 73, passed away April 14, 2005. She was born May 9, 1931, in Bucksport, to Gardner and Edith Farmer. In addition to Robert, her husband of 30 years; she is survived by a daughter, Vicke Barry of Bangor; three sons, Patrick Carrier of Otis, Kendal Dunbar of Bucksport; and Marshall Carrier of Denver, Colo.; three stepchildren, James of Lamoine, Stewart of Colorado Springs, Colo., Julie of Washington State; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; and many special friends. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by five sisters and three brothers. There will be no services at this time. Graveside services will be held later in the spring at Riverview Cemetery in Bucksport.
