DETROIT – Andrew B. Cline, 18, passed away suddenly Sunday, Dec. 18, 2005, in Detroit. He was born Oct. 30, 1987, in Fort Pierce, Fla., the son of Bradley Cline and Cynthia (Dziob) Cline. He was a student at Maine Central Institute in Pittsfield. He was on the rifle team and the baseball team in his sophomore year, he raced ATV’s at the sportsman club in Skowhegan, getting first and second place trophies, sponsored by J&J Racing of Detroit, and he loved to snowboard and had just purchased a professional snowboard. He had many friends and he was also close to his maternal grandfather, Edwards Dziob, who passed away in 2000. He is survived by his parents, Bradley and Cynthia Cline; his younger brother, Daniel, all of Detroit; his paternal grandmother, Dorothy Cline of Detroit and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Edwards and Ilean Dziob; and paternal grandfather, Playford Cline. Visitation will be held 1-3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, at Parks Gymnasium, Maine Central Institute, South Main Street, Pittsfield. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 22, with the Rev. William Johnson officiating. An internment will be held in the spring at Village Cemetery in Pittsfield. Arrangements are under the direction of Donald H. Shorey Funeral Chapel, 35 Hartland Ave., Pittsfield.
