HANCOCK and EDDINGTON The Penobscot, Eddington and Veazie Salmon Clubs are establishing a scholarship fund in the memory of Walter L. Dickson, who passed away Dec. 19, 2005. The scholarship will be jointly administered and will be for the benefit of a student or graduate student doing Atlantic Salmon research on the Penobscot River.
