BUCKSPORT – Andrew S. Frazier, 87, passed away peace-fully June 25, 2007, at his home. He was born July 16, 1919, in Bucksport, the son of Andrew and Hazel (Sweet) Frazier. Andy graduated from Bucksport High School in 1939, and was married to Marjorie Langlois, Nov. 29, 1947. He worked for Northeast and Delta Airlines for 36 years, retiring in 1981. Andy loved music and as a young man played in several bands in the area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his garden, especially his tomato plants. He is survived by his son, Scott Frazier and his wife, Tish; grandson, Shaun Frazier and his wife, Kim; two very special great-granddaughters, Courtney Killinger and Madison Frazier, all of Bucksport; one niece, Phyllis Carney; one nephew, Albert Cyr; a special companion of 26 years, Yvonne Tymoczko; a special neighbor, Langdon “Smally” Chandler; and his fishing buddy, Curt Overby. He was predeceased by his wife of 32 years, Mar-jorie (Langlois) Frazier in 1979; and by his sister, Alice Cyr. Graveside services will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, at Riverview Cemetery, Bucksport, with Pastor Peter Remick officiating. Donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
