KINGMAN – Anna M. (Briggs) Worster, 74, loving mother and grammy, went home to be with the Lord and her other family March 8, 2008, after losing a courageous battle with cancer. She was born Sept. 21, 1933, in Kingman, the daughter of Solomon and Lottie (Hatch) Briggs. Anna enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by two sons, Galen A. Worster of Kingman, and Russell E. Worster Jr. and his wife, Wendy, of Enfield; two daughters, Kathy Clark and her husband, Ralph, of Carroll, and Barbara Jipson and her husband, Ricky, of Springfield; six loving grandchildren that she loved dearly, Heather, Kraig, Ryan, Holly, Dylan and Logan; three great- grandchildren that she adored, Deanna, Kaylee and Kaiden; one brother, Lorris Briggs of Macawhoc; and two sisters, Gertrude and Lucinda. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Russell Worster Sr.; and a son, Dale. She leaves behind many, many friends, especially her bingo buddies, Dot Dill and Hannah Glidden. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bruce Swan officiating.
