BAILEYVILLE – Anne Marie (Wheeler) Savoy, 50, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2006, at her home. Anne was born Jan. 3, 1956, in St. Stephen, N.B., daughter of Ralph H. and Pauline I. (Kerr) Wheeler. She attended school in Baileyville, graduating in 1972. Anne was a nurse’s aide at Calais Regional Hospital prior to her illnesses. She loved life and all were her friends. The Lord was her salvation. Anne was predeceased by her father, Ralph H. Wheeler. Surviving are her mother, Pauline Ricker; and stepfather, Clyde of Perry; a son, Brian Chabak; a daughter, Kimberly Chabak; a brother, Jeffrey Wheeler of Westport; two nieces, Danielle Wheeler of Connecticut and Jessica Cross of Perry; two stepsisters, Gloria Candelmo of Perry and Nancy Johnson of Scarborough; a stepbrother, Clyde Ricker Jr. of Falmouth; a special cousin, Madeline Cilley of Baileyville; an aunt, Marie Chabak; uncle Buck and aunt Milly Ricker; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Saturday, at Mays Funeral Home, 26 Church St., Calais. A funeral service will be held 12:30 p.m. Sunday, in the funeral home, with Pastor Bob Hinton, officiating.
