PLANTSVILLE, Conn. – Anthony Gagnon, 72, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2006, at Haven Health Care Center, Farmington, Conn. He was born Aug. 22, 1934, in Upper Frenchville, the son of Leonard Gagnon and Emma Martin. He leaves his wife of 52 years, Theda M. Barker Gagnon; three daughters, Cheryl Genovese and husband, Salvador, of Bristol, Conn., Lynn Gagnon of Plainville, Conn., Laurie Crossman and husband, James, of Farmington Hills Mich.; two sons, Rick Gagnon and wife, Pricilla, of Bristol, Mark Gagnon and wife, Sharon, of Fayetteville, N.C.; two brothers, Gerald Gagnon and wife, Gloria, of Plainville, Conn., and Benoit Gagnon and wife, Basia, of Port St Lucie, Fla.; seven sisters, Mrs. Jeanne Chamberland of Saint Agatha, Pearl Martin and husband, Donat, of Forestville, Conn., Lillian Bussiere and husband, Lionel, of Lewiston, Mare Anne Thibault and husband, Arthur, of Berlin, Conn., Theresa Michaud of The Villages, Fla., Rita Dumont and husband, Frank, of Hudson, Canada, Aline Michaud and husband, Roger, of The Villages, Fla.; eight grandchildren, Rachel Genovese, Sarah Gagnon and husband, Luke Dupre, Carol Gagnon, Rick Gagnon Jr., Michael Gagnon, Mathew Gagnon and wife, Jessica, Kyle Crossman and Amanda Cross-man; one great-great-grandson, Jamerson Gagnon. Services were held at Della Vecchia Funeral Home, Southington, Conn.
