BUCKSPORT – April Lyn Calvi, 46, died unexpectedly March 7, 2007, at her Bucksport home. She was born March 4, 1961, in Bangor, daughter of Barbara (Smith) Calvi and the late Donald G. Calvi. April enjoyed dancing, country music and gardening. The light of her life was her son, Benjamin J. Kelleher of Bucksport. In addition to her son, Benjamin, April is survived by her mother, Barbara Calvi of Orrington; a sister, Debbie Calvi-Gaudet and her husband, Steven, of Bucksport; two brothers, Donn Calvi and his wife, Marie, of Rochester, N.H., and Marc Calvi of Garner, N.C.; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Lee Perrigo of Bucksport; and her beloved cats, Rocky, Buddy and Rascal. A memorial service for relatives and family members will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, with the Rev. Linda A. Smith officiating.
