ORONO – Arlene E. Nason, 88, of Orono, died Jan. 20, 2005, at an Orono healthcare facility. She was born Oct. 18, 1916, in Harmony, the daughter of Martin and Thelma (Ladd) Lowell. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Cecil I. Nason; three sons, Lyle, Dennis and Dale Nason. Arlene is survived by two sons, Ronald and his wife, Sandra, of Brewer, Blaine and his wife, Peggy, of Apopka, Fla.; two daughters, Thelma and her husband, Al Harvey, of Corinth and Connie McNinch of Old Town; two daughters-in-law, Cynthia Nason and Donna Nason, both of Old Town; one sister, Marjorie Butler of Cocoa, Fla.; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, nieces and nephews. In keeping with her request there will be no services. A service of Memorial Alternatives, Bangor.
