BANGOR – Audrey Frost Pomroy, 68, wife of Robert Pomroy Sr., died Aug. 25, 2004 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Dexter, March 28, 1936, the daughter of Leslie George and Madeline M. Frost. Audrey was employed as a nanny and housekeeper by the Merrill Bradford Family for 11 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Robert Pomroy Jr. and wife, Tracey and beloved granddaughter, Taylor; two sisters, Pauline Wilbur of Dover-Foxcroft, Connie Seavey of Corinna; one brother, Dennis Frost of Pennsylvania; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Kathy Frost; and two daughters, Maxine Wilbur and Charlene Gray. Relatives and friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Aug. 26 and 27, at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor, where funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Adam Soderberg, pastor of the East Orrington Congregational Church officiating. Interment will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Following the burial services, family and friends are invited to a reception and luncheon at the home of John and Marjorie Bradford, 65 West Broadway, Bangor.
