NEWPORT, Vt. – Committal services for Augustus “Gus” and his wife, Elizabeth Parsons will be held with full military honors 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Pine Hill Cemetery, Derby, Vt., with the Rev. Martha Peck officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Homes, Newport, Vt., locally family owned and operated.
