LADY LAKE, Fla. – Ronald T. “Robbie” Robertson, 75, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2007, at a Lees-burg, Fla., hospital. He was born in Maine. He moved to Lady Lake, Fla. in 2002, from Browns Mills, N.J. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a chief master sergeant. Robbie spent 10 years as a program manager for the federal government and was manager of the golf course at McGuire Air Force Base. He was a 32nd degree mason in Patna, Scotland, VFW in Wrightstown, N.J., DAV Life Me; veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars; life member of Air Force Sergeants Association, Professional Loadmasters and the American Legion. He is survived by his wife, Joan “Joanie” Robertson of Lady Lake, Fla.; daughter, Maggie O. Hart of Gorham; stepson, Daniel J. McFeeley of VanNyves, Calif.; stepdaughters, Dana L. Stassi of Oakland, Calif., and Donna M. Bills of Stockton, Calif.; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Friends may call 10:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at Beyers Funeral Home, Lady Lake, Fla., where funeral services will be held 11:30 a.m. Thursday with Dr. Alan Holden officiating. Burial will be at Florida National Cemetery. Donations may be made to Salvation Army or Shriner’s Hospitals For Children, 12502 Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.
